INTRODUCTION
Kenyon Duling is a combo-guard with a well-sculpted physique and good athleticism who has divided his college career between the NCAA (SIU Edwardsville and North Carolina A&T) and the NAIA. He possesses important scoring abilities off the dribble and is very effective in 1vs1 isolation situations. Aggressively attacking the rim and resulting in being an excellent free throws generator, which he then converts with significant percentages (89.4% in his senior season). He has a wide shooting range but will need to improve shot selection and involve his teammates more (2.5 assists per game) despite having a positive assist/turnover ratio (+1.1). Kenyon Duling performs better off the ball but can also play as a secondary handler. Defensively, he is able to effectively use his body and put great pressure on his direct opponent, and is reactive enough to provide help in doubling.
UPDATE MAY 2024: Kenyon Duling had a solid rookie season in Azerbaijan, confirming important scoring skills (15.2 ppg in 22 minutes on the floor) and demonstrating passing abilities (2 assists per game).
