PROFILE: Versatile forward in the roster of the Colombian national team with whom he also competed in the AmeriCup in 2022. Very physical and adept at positioning himself in the post from where he attacks the rim thanks to the right combination of pump-fakes and footwork; a strong rebounder, providing a good number of second chances (2.8 per game), but not possessing great timing when moving off the ball in roller situations. Effective in spot-up situations with an interesting percentage from beyond the three-point line (35.7% on nearly 2 attempts), and his playmaking abilities should not be underestimated (2.2 assists). Defensively, he is very energetic, enjoys physical contact, and despite not being a giant or a super athlete, he ensures a solid presence near the rim (9.1 rebounds per game). He also has experience in the Venezuelan league, which is certainly of a higher level than that of his native country. He could prove to be an intriguing prospect for some medium-small team in the Europe
