INTRODUCTION
Anthony Mason is an inside player who played for two years at the JuCo level before transferring to Florida International University in Division I for one season, and then to Lane in Division II where he concluded his collegiate experience. He is a solid finisher near the basket (shooting over 60% from the field during his college years) and possesses strong rebounding and rim-protection skills (1.9 blocks per game at Lane in 20 minutes). In his first year as a professional, he played in the TBL where he confirmed his reliability as an inside player but showed limited shooting range. He would immediately be an important player for a team in an entry-level league.
