INTRODUCTION
Elhadj Sylla is a point guard with American and Guinean (Cotonou Status) passport, possessing solid playmaking skills. He is a three-level scorer with a good three-point shooting ability, combined with strong slashing and off-the-dribble solutions from mid-range. There is room for growth in terms of leadership and communication, while on the defensive end he has shown interesting on-the-ball abilities as a perimeter guard. After various collegiate experiences in the United States with Florida Coastal, Talladega College, and Montreat University, he is coming off a season in France with Coulommier Brie Basket. In 2023, he was part of the Guinean national team that competed in the pre-Olympic qualification tournament, defeating Tunisia.
