INTRODUCTION
Davon Ware is a point guard who, after four seasons at Bryant & Stratton-Buffalo, moved to Canisius where he concluded his NCAA career. A first pass handler with leadership and the ability to create for teammates (over 5 assists on average in the last two seasons at Buffalo), he can take a pull-up jumper from mid-range but needs to make his three-point shot more consistent. Defensively, he is able to excel by putting strong pressure on the direct opponent, being fast and reactive, always ready to help teammates with his energy. He suffers from limited size which prevents him from making an impact near the rim. A solid fit for any entry-level team looking for a leader who can make an impact on both ends of the court.
