The former Pace University forward Brian Powell briefly appeared on our Available Players List after leaving Luxembourg. The talent of the two-time Northeast-10 First Team member was too evident to stay off the court. A three-time Player of the Week in the Albanian Superliga, he is currently the top scorer (23.9 ppg) and fifth in rebounds (9.3 reb).

The Albanian League is a perfect showcase for players coming from NCAA-2 or NAIA; the salaries are those of an entry league, but it guarantees good visibility for both the Balkan markets and those of the Mediterranean.
