INTRODUCTION

Terren Frank is a modern power forward who combines size and physicality to be effective around the basket, while also showing the ability to play facing the rim and space the floor. Initially recruited by TCU, he went on to gain experience at Vanderbilt and Idaho – where he played alongside Isaac Jones – before finishing his collegiate career at Campbell. With the Fighting Camels, he was a regular starter until an injury halted him for almost two months.

Offensively, he’s a capable facilitator (1.3 assists in just 15.8 minutes per game), showing solid vision and awareness, especially when attacking slower defenders off the dribble. He can create advantages with the ball in his hands, although his three-point shooting remains inconsistent (28.6% on 1.5 attempts per game over his college career), and will be a key area of development to unlock his potential as a true stretch four.

On the defensive end, his physical tools allow him to be impactful on the glass, and his lateral mobility gives him the potential to defend on the perimeter. However, he still needs to become more disciplined in rotations and foul management to maximize his effectiveness.

Overall, Frank is a solid prospect who showed flashes of real potential when given confidence and a starting role – highlighted by standout performances such as his 20-point game against Coastal Carolina and 17-point outing versus Navy, where his numbers doubled compared to his usual averages. In his rookie professional season, taking on a leading role in a second-tier league in Europe could provide him the minutes, consistency, and responsibility needed to develop and rise to higher levels.
